UTILISATIONS DE LA SAUMUREUSE POUR CAMION

Notre NOUVELLE gamme HFE Hilltip SprayStriker™ contient les plus grands pulvérisateurs pour camion de notre famille de produits. Ces saumureuses fixées sur camion possèdent un réservoir aux capacités allant de 3 000 à 12 500 litres. Nos saumureuses pour camion entièrement électriques de 12 V/24 V aident les professionnels à utiliser moins de sel et à accélérer le processus.

Les saumureuses pour camion de la gamme SprayStriker™ HFE disposent des fonctions StrikeSmart™, qui incluent par défaut le système de contrôle de la vitesse au sol par GPS et le système en ligne HTrack™ pour le suivi bidirectionnel et la maintenance. En option, les systèmes STRIKESMART™ PLUS et TEMPSTRIKER™ indiquent les prévisions météo et des informations en temps réel sur l’air, la route et le point de rosée. Le système de contrôle propose automatiquement au conducteur un taux d’épandage optimal, pour un contrôle total de la glace et un niveau de sécurité maximal.

CONCEPTION DE LA SAUMUREUSE POUR CAMION

Les saumureuses pour camion sont conçues pour maximiser la capacité de réservoir à liquide et pour être utilisées sur des camions ou des bennes de différentes longueurs. Les réservoirs en polyéthylène, robustes et légers, reposent sur un châssis en acier inoxydable laqué. Les pulvérisateurs pour benne, les doubles pompes haut débit, les moteurs, les valves et les processeurs sont protégés dans une armoire en acier inoxydable facile d’accès.

HTRACK™ TRACKING SYSTEM

This truck brine sprayer is compatible with our standard HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices and snowplows online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment route and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.

When using salt brine solution as de-icing method, you save up to 75% on your salt used on each route, and reduce the impact on the environment!

FUNCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

COLOR SCREEN CONTROLLER

The controller lets you customize your spreading session according to your current situation. Automatic GPS-speedcontrol adjusts the amount of spreading material (g/m²) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data to an USB memory, allowing you to generate spreading reports. The controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.

ANTI-ICING

By applying a liquid solution before the snow or rain falls, it will stay in the pores and cracks of the road and then restrict the bonding between the road surface and the ice. This will make the snow/ice come off easier when plowing.

DE-ICING

When a liquid solution is applied to an already icy/snowy road it will immediately start breaking up the ice from the top down. By mixing the right solution for your current winter temperatures, you wont be wasting salt or money.
