Sähkötoiminen SprayStriker™ 3000-12500 L -suolaliuoslevitin kuorma-autoon
Uusi Hilltip SprayStriker™ HFE-sarjan suolaliuoslevittimemme on suurin SprayStriker™-sarjassamme. Näiden kuorma-autoon asennettavien suolaliuoslevittimien nestesäiliöiden tilavuus on 3 000–12 500 litraa. Täysin sähkötoimiset 12 V/24 V suolaliuoslevittimemme auttavat urakoitsijoita vähentämään suolan käyttöä ja nopeuttavat samalla sulamisprosessia.
SprayStriker™ HFE-sarjan suolaliuoslevittimet on varustettu StrikeSmart™-ohjaimilla, joissa on GPS-avusteinen nopeudensäätö ja HTrack™-kaksisuuntainen verkkopohjainen seuranta- ja ohjausjärjestelmä vakiona. Lisävarusteena saatavat StrikeSmart™-PLUS ja TempStriker™-ohjelmistot näyttävät sääennusteet, kastepisteen sekä ilman ja tien lämpötilan. Seurantajärjestelmä ehdottaa kuljettajalle automaattisesti optimaalista levitysnopeutta, taaten ensiluokkaisen liukkaudeneston ja liikenneturvallisuuden.
Suolaliuoslevittimet on suunniteltu siten, että niiden nestekapasiteetti on maksimaalinen, ja ne soveltuvat käytettäviksi eri kokoisten kuorma-autojen lavoilla. Kestäviä ja kevyitä polyeteenistä valmistettuja säiliöitä tukee jauhemaalattu, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu runkorakenne. Suolaliuoslevittimien kaksoispumput, moottorit ja venttiilit sekä niiden keskusyksiköt ovat suojassa ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetussa kaapissa, johon on helppo pääsy.
This truck brine sprayer is compatible with our standard HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices and snowplows online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment route and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.
The controller lets you customize your spreading session according to your current situation. Automatic GPS-speedcontrol adjusts the amount of spreading material (g/m²) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data to an USB memory, allowing you to generate spreading reports. The controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.

Storage leg stand
By applying a liquid solution before the snow or rain falls, it will stay in the pores and cracks of the road and then restrict the bonding between the road surface and the ice. This will make the snow/ice come off easier when plowing.
When a liquid solution is applied to an already icy/snowy road it will immediately start breaking up the ice from the top down. By mixing the right solution for your current winter temperatures, you wont be wasting salt or money.
