Hilltip SprayStriker™ 250 TR – ja 350 UTV -sarjan suolaliuoslevittimessä on tehokas 12 V:n pumppu, joka on suunniteltu erityisesti liukkaudenestoon. Tämä suolaliuoslevitin sopii erinomaisesti UTV-mönkijöihin, lava-autoihin, pientraktoreihin ja pyöräkuormaajiin, ja se soveltuu hyvin kävelyteille ja muille kapeille alueille. Levitin voidaan asentaa myös lava-auton takaosaan. Levittimessä on polyeteenisäiliö, jossa on hiiliteräksinen, sinkkipohjainen ja jauhemaalattu teräsrunko.
UTV-mönkijöihin, lava-autoihin ja traktoreihin suunniteltuja SprayStriker™-suolaliuoslevittimiä ohjataan StrikeSmart™ -mobiilisovelluksella, joka tulee levittimen mukana (puhelin sisältyy). SprayStriker™ voidaan varustaa kolmella erilevyisellä suutinputkella ja 12 metrin letkukelalla. Levittimessä on myös erikseen ohjattavat sivusuuttimet, joita voidaan ohjata ohjaamosta käsin suihkutusleveyden lisäämiseksi.
Levitin voidaan varustaa myös desinfiointisuuttimilla sekä käsisuuttimen että suutinputken osalta bakteerien ja virusten tehokkaaseen torjuntaan.
This sprayer is compatible with our HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices and snowplows online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment route and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.
The app in the smartphone lets you customize your spreading session according to your current situation. Automatic GPS speed control adjusts the amount of spreading material (ml/m²) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed speed. The app additionally collects and saves essential spreading data, allowing you to generate spreading reports. This wireless control system also makes it easy to turn on functions, beacon light and side nozzles, from the smartphone inside the cabin.
By applying a liquid solution before the snow or rain falls, it will stay in the pores and cracks of the road and then restrict the bonding between the road surface and the ice. This will make the snow/ice come off easier when plowing.
When a liquid solution is applied to an already icy/snowy road it will immediately start breaking up the ice from the top down. By mixing the right solution for your current winter temperatures, you wont be wasting salt or money.
